The South Bend Clin­ic strives to make the entire com­mu­ni­ty health­i­er by pro­vid­ing con­ve­nient ser­vices close to home.

Since our found­ing in 1916, the South Bend Clin­ic has offered high-qual­i­ty health­care to the res­i­dents of South Bend and neigh­bor­ing com­mu­ni­ties for more than 100 years. As a result, we aim to deliv­er the best pos­si­ble care, per­son­al­ized to meet the needs of each indi­vid­ual. To ensure that our approach is right for you and your lifestyle, we believe in treat­ing the whole per­son, not just symptoms.

In 2021, the Clin­ic joined Duly Health and Care based in Chica­go, Illi­nois — the Mid­west­’s largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian-led med­ical group. The shared phi­los­o­phy and close part­ner­ship will fur­ther SBC’s mis­sion to deliv­er patient-cen­tered care, increase invest­ments in local ser­vices, and cre­ate ini­tia­tives to help Michi­ana res­i­dents live health­i­er, hap­pi­er lives.
